Whether you are a writer or reader I hope to both entertain and inform. There are many forms of writing, but here I will focus on Prose, Poetry and Plays, the 3 P’s all related to a prompt.
In episode one, I will follow two prompts that are ideal as an introduction. Elements for writing. I am starting with a practical element, the pencil, then looking at what to consider for the prompt.
In episode two, I will look at prompts that relate to history or any past event. Take a story, fact or fiction, research around the story then write a new piece that has a twist on that story.
Episode three, looks at the setting, somewhere that may come from a picture or just an idea that can best be told by placing the narrative within a specific place .
In this episode I will look at the relationship between fantasy and fictional reality, stories that challenge the reader to distinguish which part of the narrative is the character’s fantasy and where the switch to reality happens. Images shown below .
